I named my company Anointed Glass because throughout my life I have been mesmerized by the way in which we channel our hopes and dreams into the form of a candle regardless of cultural orientation. One of my earliest memories of the power of a candle to mark a thing as sacred was the seven day candle above my head meant to remind us of the constant presence of God represented by the flame that burns all day, every day.
I remember making my first candle with my grandmother. We used an empty milk carton and old crayons to create a three layered candle in three shades. I learned to make hand rolled bees wax candles as part of my priestess training. Anointed Glass was formally created in 2005 with a Christmas Gift from my favorite uncle. He didn’t know it at the time but he offered me a way to reconnect with my creativity and support others on their journey through life. Each of these experiences are the heart and soul of Anointed Glass.
I love crafting candles customized for each order.
